摘要
为了探寻砂生槐种子休眠机制的解除方法,本文选择当年成熟的、贮存0.5 a、1 a、2 a及3 a的砂生槐种子为研究对象,探索砂生槐种子休眠时间,采用86℃开水浸泡、砂布磨毛种皮、刀片刺破种皮、96%硫酸、NaOH溶液(1 mol/L)5种种子处理方法,研究砂生槐种子4个温度梯度下的萌发特性。结果表明:砂生槐种子休眠时间约1a;种子的休眠由种皮障碍所致,硬实率达到92.7%;砂生槐种子发芽率随贮存时间的增长而递减,平均年递减率为21.7%;最佳打破休眠方式为刀刺破种皮或96%浓硫酸浸种;最适发芽温度为15℃~25℃变温,发芽率均可达70%以上。
In order to find out the way to release the dormancy mechanism of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds,the mature seeds of 0.5a,1a,2a and 3a were selected as the research objects,and the dormancy time of Sophora seeds was explored.Five seed treatment methods were adopted,including 86℃water immersion,sandcloth sanding seed coat,blade breaking seed coat,96%concentrated sulfuric acid,NaOH solution(1mol/L)germination characteristics under degree gradient.The results showed that the dormancy time of Sophora seeds was about 1a,and the dormancy was caused by seed coat obstacle,of which the hard seed rate was 92.7%.The germination rate decreased with the increased storage time,and the average annual decline rate was 27%.Furthermore,the best way to break the dormancy was to cut the seed coat or soak the seeds with 96%concentreated sulfuric acid,and the best germination temperature was 15℃~25℃,of which the germination rate was over 70%.
