赤霉素对假酸浆种子萌发及幼苗生理的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究赤霉素对假酸浆种子萌发和幼苗生理的影响,以假酸浆种子为试材,采用随机区组法,用不同浓度(0(CK)、500、1000、1500、2000 mg/L)的赤霉素对假酸浆种子进行浸种处理。结果表明:(1)在本研究中,蒸馏水(CK)处理后未打破种子休眠,随GA3浓度升高,假酸浆种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数渐次上升,就种子萌发的变异系数而言,高浓度GA3处理的种子萌发变异系数远小于低浓度,表明高浓度GA3处理的假酸浆种子活力最强,发芽最整齐;(2)同一测定时间内,在叶面喷施GA3前,随GA3处理浓度的增加,MDA含量呈降低的趋势,喷施后呈先上升后下降的趋势,在叶面喷施GA3前后,叶片色素含量呈降低的趋势,POD活性呈增加的趋势,可溶性糖含量均呈先增加后降低的趋势;(3)整个试验期,同一GA3浓度处理假酸浆叶面后,随时间后延,叶片色素呈下降趋势,MDA含量除500 mg/L浓度处理呈先增加后降低的趋势外,其余各处理均呈增加的趋势,POD活性亦呈增加的趋势,叶片可溶性糖含量在500 mg/L和2000 mg/L处理时呈增加的趋势,在1000 mg/L和1500 mg/L处理时呈先增加后降低的趋势。由此可知,高浓度赤霉素对打破种子休眠效果明显,低浓度赤霉素叶面喷施对促进生长及加快营养物质增加的效果明显。 In order to study the effects of gibberellin on the seed germination and seedling physiology of Nicandra physaloides,the Nicandra physaloides seeds were used as research materials,and the Nicandra physaloides seeds were soaked with gibberellin of different concentrations(0/CK,500,1000,1500,2000 mg/L)by randomized block method.The results showed that the seed did not break after doping with distilled water(CK).With the increase of GA3 concentration,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Nicandra physaloides increased gradually,and taking the coefficient of variation of seed germination for example,the variation coefficient of seed germination of high concentration GA3 treatment was much lower than that of low concentration,indicating that the high-concentration GA3 treated Nicandra physaloides had the strongest vigor and the most germination.Before the spraying of GA3 on the foliar surface during the same measurement time, with the increase of GA3 treatment concentration, the contentof MDA decreased, and it increased first and then decreased after spraying. Before and after sprayingGA3 on leaves, the pigment content of leaves decreased, the POD activity increased, the solublesugar content increased first and then decreased. Throughout the trial period, treating theNicandra physaloides leaf surface with the same GA3 concentration, the leaf pigmentation decreasedwith time, and the MDA content decreased after the 500 mg/L concentration treatment,and the other treatments showed an increasing trend. In addition, the activity of POD also increased.The soluble sugar content of leaves increased at 500 and 2000 mg/L. It showed a tendencyto increase first then decrease when processing 1000 and 1500 mg/L. It can be seen that the highconcentration of gibberellin has obvious effect on breaking seed dormancy, and the low concentrationof gibberellic leaf spray is effective for promoting growth and accelerating nutrient increase.
