摘要
基于欧拉-萨法里方程和曲率-驻点曲线方程提出连架杆与机架共线位形时直线导向机构综合及解域分析方法。该方法通过改变动铰点距离极点的距离和机架长度综合出无穷多直线机构,并直观表示出机构尺寸及机构运动学属性。设计师添加其所需的运动学约束条件,计算满足约束的可行区间,进而在可行区间上寻找到满足需求的最优机构,解决机构寻优难问题。
In this paper,based on the Euler-Savary equation and the curvature-stagnation point equation,a synthesis and solution regions analysis method for linear guide mechanism when the side link and frame are collinear is proposed.An infinite number of linear mechanisms can be synthesized by changing the distance between the moving pivot and pole point,the length of the frame,the dimension and kinematic properties of mechanism are expressed intuitively.By imposing kinematic constraints on the designer,the feasible sections can be calculated,the optimal solution to meet preset kinematic demands can be found,and the difficult problem of mechanism optimization can be solved by this way.
