摘要
首先求解了弹性梅花联轴器在平行不对中误差作用下所产生的附加载荷;再利用静力学分析方法,推导出不对中误差引起丝杠螺母副处附加力计算公式;结合全滚珠载荷分布模型,通过数值计算探究了平行不对中误差对滚珠丝杠副接触载荷分布的影响机理,并以此为基础,研究了考虑不对中误差的滚珠丝杠副摩擦特性。分析发现,联轴器平行不对中误差导致摩擦力呈现以一个导程为周期的波动,且在靠近电机端产生的波动幅值最大,而随着工作台从电机端移动到另一端的过程中,波动的幅值呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,并通过无外置传感器法的数控车床滚珠丝杠传动系统的摩擦力提取方法,提取并分析了进给系统的摩擦力,通过试验验证了这一理论的准确性。
Firstly,the additional load produced by the elastic plum-blossom coupling under the action of parallel misalignment error is solved;secondly,the formula for calculating the additional force at the screw nut pair caused by misalignment error is deduced by using the static analysis method;combined with the full ball load distribution model,the mechanism of the influence of parallel misalignment error on the contact load distribution of ball screw pair is explored through numerical calculation,and accordingly.Based on this,the friction characteristics of ball screw pair considering misalignment error are studied.It is found that the friction force fluctuates periodically with one lead due to the parallel misalignment error of the coupling,and the amplitude of the fluctuation is the largest near the motor end.As the worktable moves from the motor end to the other end,the amplitude of the fluctuation decreases first and then increases.The friction of the ball screw drive system of the NC lathe based on the non-external sensor method is adopted.The friction force of feed system is extracted and analyzed by force extraction method,and the accuracy of this theory is verified by experiments.
