摘要
汽车车衣可有效解决汽车被弄脏、被高温暴晒和被刮花等问题,文中设计了一种采用太阳能供电的汽车车衣结构,首先利用UG NX8.0软件对汽车车衣进行了结构设计,然后根据车衣的结构和功能要求对车衣进行了电路设计,绘制出了电气原理图,并完成了车衣电气元件的选型,最后完成了车衣电控部分实物制作和实验,实验结果验证了电路设计的合理性。该车衣具有手动和自动操作功能,节能环保、操作简单等优点,为汽车车衣的后续研究提供了一定的参考。
Car garment can effectively solve the problem that the car is dirty,exposed to high temperature and scratched.In this paper,a solar-powered car garment structure is designed.Firstly,the UG NX8.0 software was used to design the structure of the car garment,and then the circuit design of the car garment was carried out according to the structure and function requirements of the car.In addition,the electrical schematic was drawn,and the electrical components of the car garment were selected.Finally,the electronic control part and experiment were made.The experimental results verify the rationality of the circuit design.The car garment has the advantages of manual and automatic operation,energy saving,environmental protection and simple operation,which provides a reference for the further research of car garment.
