基于资源三号卫星影像的境外1∶10000地形图生产方法研究 被引量:10

摘要 随着我国对地观测能力的不断提高,国产遥感影像数据已经成为国家测绘、地理信息等基础数据产品的主要数据来源。传统地形图生产建立在已知控制点坐标基础上,主要采用内业立体采集后进行外业调绘,最后进行数据编辑的方法完成。这种作业方法工期较长,且无法完成境外区域的控制和调绘工作。本文尝试以资源三号卫星影像为数据源,收集全球范围内可供参考的公开资料,提出了一套新的境外数字地形图生产的工艺流程,并选取试验区进行了生产试验。通过试验可知,本文提出的生产工艺流程,在一定精度范围内,能较高效完整地得到全球目标区域的1∶10000数字地形图,为境外基础地理信息产品的生产提出了新思路。 With the improvement of the earth observation ability in our country,the domestic remote sensing image has become the mainly data source for producing fundamental digital products of the national surveying and mapping,geographic information.Traditional production of digital topographic map mainly adopts the method of stereo images acquisition and field investigate to finish editing map,which not only case a low efficiency issue,but also hard to complete field investigate work overseas.Base on this,the paper attempts to use ZY-3 image as data source,collects publicly available materials for reference worldwide,and proposes a new production workflow of digital topographic maps overseas,and selects the test area for production trials.The proposed method can obtain the 1∶10000 digital topographic map of the global target area more efficiently and completely within a certain precision range,which give a new idea in producing foundation geographical information products overseas.
