摘要
以三江侗族《坐妹》为例,以旅游网站上的游客点评为文本资料来源,利用内容分析法对点评文本进行游客感知要素的提取及要素评价等级评定,同时运用ROST软件获取高频词,以此构建演艺产品旅游者体验感知体系和旅游体验质量评价数据集.在此基础上,从游客体验感知分析、情感感知分析、体验感知质量IPA分析三个方面深入分析了《坐妹》民族文化旅游演艺产品的游客体验感知.将本文挖掘、扎根理论的定性研究与IPA分析法的定量研究结合起来,是对旅游演艺研究的一次有益尝试.
Taking“Zuo Mei”of Dong Nationality in Sanjiang as an example,taking tourist comments on tourism websites as the source of text data,this paper uses content analysis method to extract the tourist perception elements and assess the evaluation grade of elements,and at the same time uses the rose software to obtain high-frequency words,so as to construct the tourist experience perception system of performance products and the evaluation data set of tourism experience quality.On this basis,from the three aspects of tourists’experience perception analysis,emotional perception analysis and experience perception quality IPA analysis,this paper analyzes the tourists’experience perception of the national culture tourism performance products of Zuo Mei.It is a beneficial attempt to combine the qualitative research of mining and grounded theory with the quantitative research of IPA analysis.
