摘要
广州地铁4、5、6号线L型车采用直线电机车辆。直线电机底部至感应板的距离有严格要求。直线电机下沉会严重影响行车安全。为此,分析了可能会导致L型车直线电机下沉的故障原因(如销轴、电机高度调整装置、橡胶关节及垂向吊杆等相关部件异常失效),并制定了相关的检修流程。结合案例分析,提出了如改变电机高度调整方式、提高橡胶关节及金属关节的使用寿命、严格管控各部件生产质量及出厂检测项点等改进措施及建议。
The L-type train on Guangzhou metro Line 4,Line 5 and Line 6 adopts the linear motor,the distance from the bottom of the linear motor to the sensor board is strictly required,because the sinking of linear motor will directly threaten the safe operation.In this paper,the possible causes of linear motor sinking are analyzed,such as the abnormal failures of pin shaft,motor height adjustment device,rubber joint,vertical suspender and other relevant parts,and relevant maintenance processes are formulated.Combined with case analysis,improvement measures and suggestions are proposed,including changing the motor height adjustment mode,improving the service life of rubber joint and metal joint,and strictly controlling the production quality of each part and the delivery inspection items.
