摘要
在免疫学中,机体在受到外界细菌或病毒侵袭时,首先是固有免疫起到作用,而对抗疾病中起到主要作用的是适应性免疫,包括T细胞及B细胞,在免疫因子中以IgG抗体最为特异,由于其半衰期长及血清含量最高,所以被作为检测机体免疫能力的指标。而从中医学角度讲,人体之所以发病,出现各种疾病症状,主要是各种原因导致的正气虚弱,加之邪气内袭,所谓“正气存内,邪不可干”。中医治疗疾病的原则,主要通过鼓舞正气,去除邪气,从而提高人体免疫机能,进而达到治疗疾病的目的。通过文献研究,发现中药可通过调节血清IgG含量而提高机体免疫能力。
In immunology,when the body is attacked by outside bacteria or viruses,the first is that innate immunity plays a role,but the main role in combating the disease is adaptive immunity,which including T cells and B cells,among the immune factors in the most specifi c IgG antibodies,due to its long half-life and highest serum levels,so as a measure of the body’s immune capacity.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the reason why the human body is sick,a variety of symptoms appear,mainly due to positive qi weak,evil qi inside attack.The socalled“positive qi in side,evil can not be done”.The principle of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases,mainly removing evil qi,so as to improve the human immune function,and then achieve the purpose of treating diseases.Through literature research,we found that traditional Chinese medicine can improve the body’s immune capacity by adjusting the serum IgG content.
