摘要
以六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDZ)为主处理剂、水为助处理剂,对气相法白炭黑进行表面处理,并将改性白炭黑用于制备加成型液体硅橡胶。研究了HMDZ的较佳用量,并在此基础上采用"两步法"替代"一步法",改进白炭黑的处理工艺。探讨了前后添加的HMDZ质量比对加成型液体硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用"一步法"制备补强基胶时,HMDZ的较佳用量为白炭黑质量的25%;"两步法"工艺在前后添加的HMDZ质量比为7∶3时,对白炭黑的表面处理效果优于"一步法",此条件下制得的硅橡胶拉伸强度为8.1 MPa、拉断伸长率为405%、邵尔A硬度为56度、回弹性为76%、撕裂强度39.98 k N/m,透光率为87.1%,雾度为7.13%。
The surface of fumed silica was treated with hexamethyldisilazane(HMDZ)and water,and then it was used to prepare polyaddition liquid silicone rubber.The appropriate amount of HMDZ was investigated,and the"two-step method"was used to replace the"one-step method"to improve the treatment process of silica.The effect of different mass ratios of HMDZ on the properties of the liquid silicone rubber was discussed.Results show that the preferred amount of HMDZ is 25%of mass of silica when"one-step method"is adopted.The surface treatment result by"two-step method"is better than that by"one-step method"when the mass ratio of HMDZ is 7∶3.The produced silicone rubber has a tensile strength of 8.1 MPa,an elongation at break of 405%,Shore hardness of 56 A,rebound resilience of 76%,tear strength of 39.98 kN/m,light transmittance of 87.1%and haze of 7.13%.
