摘要
拱结构在外荷载作用下产生的内力几乎全部为均匀轴向压力,根据这一拱结构特点,将箱梁式结构等传统翼墙的前后两侧受力面板改进为双向连拱。通过拱的作用将前面迎水面和背面挡土面所承受的水平水压力、水平土压力等作用所产生的弯矩、剪力几乎全部转化为拱结构轴力,充分利用拱结构混凝土抗压强度,可不配受力钢筋或少配构造钢筋,减薄拱板厚度,以节省混凝土材料及投资。同时,拱形面板结构可在工厂预制成瓦片,运至施工现场拼装成整体,既可简化施工工艺,方便施工,提高施工质量,也可缩短施工工期,节省工程总投资。基于规范设计,结合某水闸翼墙结构等方面的研究成果,为后续进一步研究打下基础,提供相应的参考标准。
The internal force generated by the arch structure under the external load is almost converted to the uniformaxial pressure.According to the arch structure characteristics,the front and rear stress face-slabs of the box girder structure and other traditional wing walls are improved to double-side multi-arch.And through the arch effect,the bending moment and the shear force arising from the horizontal water pressure,horizontal earth pressure and other effects born by the front water-facing surface and rear soil-retaining surface can be almost converted into the axial force of the arch structure,which makes full use of the compressive strength of the arch concrete,so without reinforced bars or with less construction albars in this arch,the arch thickness is thinner,and the concrete materials and engineering investment are saved.At the same time,the arched face slabl structure can be prefabricated into tiles in the factory,which are then transported to the construction site and assembled into the whole,so it cansimplify the construction process to facilitate the construction,improve the construction quality,shorten the construction period,and save total investment.Based on the specification design,and the research achievements of the wings wall structure of a sluice,this paper lays a foundation for the further research,and provides the corresponding reference standard.
