摘要
探讨无源动态调谐滤波技术用于治理纺织厂电力谐波的效果。分析了纺织车间电力谐波的产生原因、谐波特性和对纺织高速化、自动化、智能化生产的影响。通过综合比较各种谐波治理方案,得出采用无源动态调谐滤波技术治理电力谐波效果较好。谐波治理实例证明,采用无源动态调谐滤波技术对纺织车间变压器低压侧谐波进行治理后,可使低压母线侧5次谐波电流降低60%以上,有效电流值降低5.1%,实现企业综合节电5%以上的节能效果。认为:无源动态调谐滤波技术在纺织厂用于治理电力谐波的效果较好。
Effects of passive dynamic tuning filter technology used to control power harmonics in textile mills were discussed.Causes of power harmonics in the textile workshop,characteristics of harmonics and their impact on high-speed,automation and intelligent production were analyzed.Through comprehensive comparison of various har⁃monic control schemes,power harmonic control effect of adopting passive dynamic tuning filter technology was bet⁃ter.The example of harmonic treatment proved that after passive dynamic tuning filter technology was used to con⁃trol harmonics of transformer lower voltage side in textile workshop,harmonic current on lower voltage bus can be reduced more than 60%and effective current value can be reduced 5.1%.Comprehensive energy saving effect of en⁃terprise was more than 5%.It is considered that passive dynamic tuning filter technology had better effect on control⁃ling power harmonic in textile mill.
