摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)感染是一个严重的医学和社会学问题。HIV感染的临床症状不典型,确诊依赖于实验室检测。《艾滋病和艾滋病病毒感染诊断》(WS 293-2019)已正式颁布,其提升了HIV RNA检测的地位,强调HIV核酸定性或定量检测结果也可作为HIV感染的诊断依据。本文主要就新版《艾滋病和艾滋病病毒感染诊断》中临床实验室检测部分的更新内容进行解读,同时对HIV感染的分子诊断相关研究进展作一概要介绍。
Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection is a serious medical and sociological problem.The symptoms of HIV infection are not typical and its diagnosis depends on laboratory test.The Diagnosis of AIDS and HIV Infection(WS 293-2019)has been officially promulgated,which has promoted the status of HIV RNA detection and emphasized that qualitative or quantitative detection of HIV nucleic acid can be also used as the basis for its diagnosis.This article mainly interprets the updated content of the clinical laboratory test in new version of Diagnosis of AIDS and HIV Infection and meanwhile the research progress of molecular diagnosis for HIV infection is also outlined.
