摘要
以"中能"系列LNG船舶为研究对象,通过采用三维图形学和虚拟现实技术对船舶进行全三维再现。针对关键性部位进行虚拟现实技术还原,并根据LNG船Port State Control(PSC)检查要求,建立PSC设备检查素材库。在此基础上,通过虚拟操作训练和网络协同训练建立海事监管业务培训平台。该平台打破了执法人员的训练考核评估中时间、地域及气象海况的限制,提高了船舶安全监管标准,锻炼了执法人员对危险化学品船舶的监督检查能力。对降低海事执法人员的安全风险和人员劳动保护领域具有相当大的实用价值。
Taking"Zhong Neng"series LNG ship as the research object,the full 3D reconstruction of the ship is carried out by using 3D graphics and virtual reality technology.The virtual reality technology was restored for the key parts,and the Port State Control(PSC)equipment inspection material library was established according to the PSC inspection requirements of LNG ship.On this basis,the maritime supervision business training platform was established through virtual operation training and network collaborative training.The platform breaks the limitation of time,region and meteorological sea conditions in the training and assessment of law enforcement personnel,improves the standards of ship safety supervision,and exercises the ability of law enforcement personnel to supervise and inspect dangerous chemical ships.It is of great practical value to reduce the safety risk of maritime law enforcement personnel and the field of personnel labor protection.
