摘要 在“停课不停学”的背景下分析在线教学自身特点以及学生在线学习状况对在线教学的挑战,提出精准在线教学策略。教学起点的精准设计、教学过程的精准管理、教学结果的精准评价,是精准在线教学的关键,这有助于提升课程吸引力、教师引导力和教学整合力,克服在线教学常见的“除魅”“失范”和“脱域”问题。 In the context of“suspending class but non-stop study”,the paper analyzes the characteristics of online teaching and the challenges to online teaching,discusses the types of students’online learning and the demand for online teaching,and proposes the targeted teaching strategies for online courses.It is necessary to implement targeted teaching according to the characteristics of online teaching and students’online learning needs.The precise design of the teaching starting point,the precise management of the teaching process,and the accurate evaluation of the teaching results are the key to the development of targeted teaching of online courses.These targeted teaching strategies help to improve course appeal,teacher leadership and teaching integration,which can overcome the problems of“disenchantment”,“anomie”and“disembedding”that are common in online courses.
