摘要
随着长三角地区高速铁路建设进程加快,动车组开行对数快速增长,动车组存放、运用检修能力日趋紧张。在分析长三角地区既有动车检修设施现状、存在问题基础上,结合长三角地区铁路网规划、建设及2020年、"十四五"期间动车组预测配属数量和检修需求,依据动车设施布局规划原则,提出长三角地区动车设施规划建设方案和推进建议,为发挥铁路网整体功能、提高效益提供参考。
Amid the accelerated construction of high speed railways in the Yangtze River Delta region and the rapid increase in the number of running EMU trains,EMU storage,operation and maintenance capabilities are increasingly inadequate.The paper first analyzes the current situation and challenges of existing EMU maintenance facilities in the Yangtze River Delta region.In light of the railway network planning in this region and the EMU estimated allocation quantity and maintenance requirements in 2020 and during the"14 th FiveYear Plan"period,as well as the principle of EMU facility layout,the paper then puts forward the EMU facilities planning and construction scheme in the Yangtze River Delta region and corresponding implementation suggestions,in a bid to fulfill the overall function and improve efficiency of railway network.
