摘要
本文以水利工程建设为核心,分析水利工程建设对生态环境的负面作用,明确水利工程建设的环保要求,提出基于生态环境保护下的水利工程建设途径,控制水利工程建设对生态环境的影响,以供参考。
With the construction of water conservancy project as the core,this paper analyzes the negative effect of the construction of water conservancy project on the ecological environment,clarifies the environmental protection requirements of the construction of water conservancy project,puts forward the construction approach of water conservancy project based on the ecological environment protection,and controls the impact of the construction of water conservancy project on the ecological environment for reference.
