摘要
商合杭高铁淮河特大桥主桥采用(112+228+112) m预应力混凝土连续刚构箱梁和柔性拱组合结构。主跨跨中大节段钢管拱肋采用整体同步提升拼装法进行安装。钢管拱分成36个小节段,钢管拱肋在工厂制造后,经水路运输至桥位,在桥下拼装场内组拼成8个大节段钢管拱,采用500 t浮吊依次吊装上桥,桥面上的同步提升吊架和数控同步系统整体提升钢管拱到位,最后通过桥面汽车吊具吊装钢管拱嵌补段合龙完成。
The main part of Huaihe River Super Long Bridge on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway has a combined structure of(112+228+112)m prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame box girder and flexible arch.The large-section steel pipe arch rib in the middle of the main span was erected by lifting and assembling the entire member at the same pace.The steel pipe arch,divided into 36 small sections,were fabricated in the factory and transported to the bridge location via waterway,assembled into 8 large sections of steel pipe arch in the assembly yard under the bridge,hoisted onto the bridge by a 500 t floating crane one by one,hoisted in place as a whole by a hanger for synchronous hoisting on the bridge deck and CNC synchronization system,and closure was finally achieved by hoisting the steel pipe arch inserting section by an auto crane on the bridge deck.
