摘要
为有效应对未来战争对地饱和攻击威胁,防御战车高密度火力集成是未来发展方向。高密度火力集成战车特要求方位伺服拥有良好的制动特性,本文以某型战车大惯量转塔方位伺服系统为研究对象,针对负载大惯量导致方位伺服系统制动时母线电压泵升现象进行理论分析,推导出制动电阻的合理范围,并在MATLAB/Simulation中对伺服系统进行建模仿真验证。仿真结果表明制动电阻取值合理,方位伺服系统制动性能良好。
In order to effectively deal with the threat of ground saturation attack in future wars,the high-density firepower integration of defense vehicles is the future development direction.High precision dynamic servo control technology requirements bearing servo with good braking characteristics in the high density firepower integrated fighting vehicle,this paper takes a certain type of chariots big inertia turret azimuth servo system as the research object,in view of the large load inertia cause bearing servo system bus voltage when the brake pump rise phenomenon theory analysis,the reasonable range of braking resistance is deduced,and modeling of servo system in MATLAB/Simulation.The simulation results show that the braking resistance is reasonable and the braking performance of the azimuth servo system is good.
