摘要
针对目前企业中使用包装机对烟包进行热收缩过程中出现的表面收缩质量不佳,PE膜收缩不紧致,温度不均匀等问题.通过数值计算方法,对优化后具有网筛结构的装置和目前企业使用的结构进行对比分析.首先利用SolidWorks软件对包装机进行三维建模,使用icem软件建立流体域模型和划分混合网格,采用fluent软件中的多重参考系模型(MRF)对包装机中的温度场进行仿真.分析结果表明:采用网筛结构的进口装置可以增大进风口阻力,有效的改善离心风机所引起的涡流强度,使包装机的内部温度均匀性更好.
Aiming at the problems of poor surface shrinkage,shrinkage of PE film which is not compact,and uneven temperature,which appear in the process of shrinking the cigarette package by using the packaging machine in the present enterprise.By means of numerical calculation,the optimized mesh sieve structure of the device and the using structure of the current business conducted a comparative analysis.Firstly,the SolidWorks software was used to build a three-dimensional model of the packaging machine.The icem software was used to establish the fluid domain model and the hybrid mesh.The multiple reference frame model(MRF)was used to simulate the temperature field in the packaging machine.The analysis results show that the inlet device with mesh sieve structure can increase the air inlet resistance,effectively improve the eddy current intensity caused by the centrifugal fan,and make the internal temperature uniformity of the packaging machine better.
