摘要
以1栋27层的住宅楼改造为例,对其混凝土加固施工技术进行了分析.同时对板、梁、柱等加固构件的拆除置换以及混凝土加固施工的主要技术要点进行了分析,结果表明,采用置换混凝土加固法比较合理、加固效果较好、加固成本较低、安全可靠。
Taking the renovation of a 27-storey residential building in a residential district in Hubei Province as an example,it analyzes the concrete reinforcement construction technology of civil engineering project.Combined with the engineering practice,the main technical points of demolition and replacement of reinforcement components such as slabs,beams and columns and concrete reinforcement construction are analyzed.The results show that the replacement concrete reinforcement method is more reasonable,the reinforcement effect is better,the reinforcement cost is lower,and it is safe and reliable.
