摘要
固井水泥石作为油田生产开发前期的一次性封固产物,当油井在后期增产措施下出现层间封隔失效情况时则难以进行补救,自愈合水泥石则是有效解决该项问题的方法之一,但目前针对自愈合水泥的研究仍缺乏系统性的认知和总结。为此,综述了当下油田固井作业中自愈合水泥的类型及作用机制、自愈合性的影响因素、评价方法以及应用情况,同时也对自愈合油井水泥的发展走向及应用前景进行了展望。
Cementing cement is one-off cementing product in the early stage of oilfield production and development.It is difficult to remedy the failure of interlayer sealing when oil wells fail under the late stimulation measures.Self-healing cement is one of the effective methods to solve this problem.However,the research on self-healing cement still lacks systematic knowledge and summary.In this paper,the types and mechanism,the influencing factors of self-healing,the evaluation methods and the application of self-healing cement in oil field cementing operation were summarized.At the same time,the development trend and application prospect of self-healing oil-well cement were prospected.
