摘要
为探究大型赛事的举办与城市的房地产价值之间的关系,本文以武汉军运会为例,探究了大型赛事对周边住宅价格的影响,并利用GIS技术和安居客的房价信息,捕获运动场馆周边住宅价格的变化,建立比例与线性规划模型以分析大型赛事对周边住宅价格的影响。研究结果表明,赛事导致附近小区价格上涨。本研究可为大型赛事的前期调研提供参考。
In order to explore the relationship between the holding of large-scale events and the value of real estate,the impact of largescale events on the surrounding housing price is studied with an example of Wuhan Military Games.A model composed of proportion and linear programming is proposed to analyze the data of price changes by using GIS technology and Web housing price information surrounding the sports venues.The result shows that major event has a rising impact on the nearby communities.This study can be valuable to the preliminary investigation of large-scale events.
