摘要 高速铁路跨越既有铁路小角度大跨径连续梁施工,为了减少对既有铁路的影响,确保安全,满足工期要求。本文结合郑徐客专虞城特大桥跨越陇海铁路(60+100+60)m连续梁施工,对高速铁路跨越既有铁路采用侧位节段支架现浇、球铰安装、梁体称重、转体、合拢等关键工序的施工,为连续梁侧位现浇转体施工技术提供经验。 In order to reduce the impact on the existing railway,ensure the safety and meet the requirements of the construction period,the construction of continuous beam with small angle and large span for high-speed railway crossing the existing railway is carried out.In this paper,combined with the construction of(60+100+60)m continuous beam across Longhai Railway of Yucheng super large bridge of Zhengzhou Xuzhou passenger dedicated railway,the construction of side section support cast-in-place,spherical hinge installation,beam weighing,turning,closing and other key processes for the high-speed railway crossing the existing railway is introduced,and the construction technology of side cast-in-place and turning of continuous beam is provided for a reference.
