二氧化钛纳米管材料长效抗菌性实验与研究

摘要 针对生物医用钛(Ti)骨科植入体时,易发生松动或感染等并发症,论文研究采用特制的二氧化钛纳米管阵列,以改善体外长效抗菌性。首先,应用磁控溅射法将纯钛制成钛银薄膜,然后经过阳极氧化钛银薄膜制成负载Ag2O的纳米管阵列(表示为NT-Ag),再对该纳米管阵列进行水热处理,在Sr(OH)2溶液中制备出含Sr和Ag的纳米管阵列(表示为NT-Sr-Ag)。经过实验统计与分析,NT-Sr-Ag纳米管阵列能缓慢且有效释放Ag+和Sr2+,拥有优异的抗菌性能。
