摘要
目的探索符合二级医院的医用耗材精细化管理模式,为医院提高医用耗材管理能力和节约成本提供参考。方法以精细化管理理念为基础,分析某二级医院医用耗材的管理现状及问题,通过设立医疗器械管理委员会、建立健全规章制度和岗位职责、建立医用耗材二级库、完善医用耗材信息系统等措施加强对医用耗材的管理和监管。结果通过实施医用耗材的精细化管理,明确了责任主体和岗位职责,医院医用耗材物资系统的完善和二级库的建立实现了医用耗材科学、有效的全程管理与监管,并可依托数据统计,做到随时查看效期预警、定期总结,规范医用耗材的使用,降低耗材成本。结论二级医院实施医用耗材的精细化管理,可以实现医用耗材的科学管理和安全使用,达到控费提效的目的。
Objective To explore a refined management mode of medical consumables that meets the requirements of secondary hospitals,and to provide a reference for hospitals to improve their medical consumables management capabilities and save costs.Methods Based on the concept of refined management,analyze the management status and problems of medical consumables in a secondary hospital,establish a medical device management committee,establish sound rules and regulations,and position duties,establish a secondary medical consumables library,and improve the medical consumables information system And other measures to strengthen the management and supervision of medical consumables.Results By implementing the refined management of medical consumables,the responsible subjects and job responsibilities were clarified.The improvement of the hospital's medical consumables material system and the establishment of a secondary library realized the scientific and effective management and supervision of medical consumables.In order to check the validity period warning and regular summary at any time,standardize the use of medical consumables and reduce the cost of consumables.Conclusion Implementing fine management of medical consumables in secondary hospitals can realize the scientific management and safe use of medical consumables and achieve the purpose of controlling expenses and improving efficiency.
