摘要
目的探究青春期后中重度痤疮采用异维A酸联合红蓝光治疗的效果。方法便利选择该院60例青春期后中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象(收治时间范围为2018年4月—2019年6月),采用单双号法对其进行分组,单号为对照组,双号为研究组,每组30例,对照组采用异维A酸治疗,研究组采用异维A酸联合红蓝光治疗,对比两组患者丘疹、红斑、脓疱等症状消失时间、治疗期间的不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率(10.00%)与对照组(6.67%)对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.628,P>0.05),研究组患者丘疹、红斑、脓疱等症状消失时间(8.53±1.24)d、(14.48±2.06)d、(16.36±2.15)d显著短于对照组(14.29±1.75)d、(20.71±2.36)d、(23.27±2.53)d,研究组患者治疗总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(70.00%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=8.191,t=9.184,t=7.635,χ2=8.447,P<0.05)。结论异维A酸联合红蓝光治疗青春期后中重度痤疮的临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of isotretinoin combined with red and blue light treatment on post-pubertal moderate and severe acne.Methods 60 patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty in trhe hospital were convenient selected as the research subjects(the admission time range was from April 2018 to June 2019),and they were grouped by the method of single and double numbers,and the single number was the control group and the double number.For the study group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoin.The study group was treated with isotretinoin combined with red and blue light.The two groups of patients were compared for the time of disappearance of symptoms such as pimples,erythema,pustules,and adverse reactions during the treatment.Incidence and total effective rate of treatment.Results The incidence of adverse reactions(10.00%)during treatment in the study group was not significantly different from that in the control group(6.67%)(χ2=0.628,P>0.05).The time of disappearance of symptoms such as pimples,erythema,pustules in the study group(8.53±1.24)d,(14.48±2.06)d,(16.36±2.15)d were significantly shorter than the control group(14.29±1.75)d,(20.71±2.36)d,(23.27±2.53)d.The total effective rate(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%).The difference was statistically significant(t=8.191,9.184,7.635,χ2=8.447,P<0.05).Conclusion Isotretinoin combined with red and blue light has significant clinical effects in the treatment of moderate to severe acne after puberty.
