摘要
在一台非道路国四用高压共轨柴油机上,利用试验台架研究了柴油机颗粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)驻车再生过程中缸内后喷策略对氧化型催化转化器(diesel oxidation catalyst,DOC)入口、DOC出口的温度及排放的影响。结果表明,合适的近后喷角度、油量对提升DOC入口温度、降低DOC入口未燃HC效果显著;同时,合适的远后喷角度、油量对提升DOC出口温度,DOC出口未燃HC效果显著。研究结果对柴油机DPF驻车再生缸内后喷策略的制定和优化提供了重要的指导作用。
The influences of different post-injection strategies on the procedure of diesel particulate filter parking regeneration were investigated on a non-road diesel engine with high-pressure common rail system.Results show that proper parameters of near-post-injection,have significant effects on rising DOC(diesel oxidation catalyst)inlet temperature and reducing DOC inlet unburned HC emission;at the same time,proper parameters of last-post-injection,have significant effects on rising DOC outlet temperature and reducing DOC outlet unburned HC emission.The result provides a significant guidance for the development and optimization of post-injection strategy on the procedure of diesel particulate filter parking regeneration.
