摘要
目的:为了分析磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在脑血管疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院2018年8月~2019年8月收治的已经过病理诊断确诊的60例脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,对所有患者分别应用SWI和核磁共振(MRI)进行检查,将诊断结果分别记为研究组和对照组,观察两组诊断结果的诊断准确率和病灶检出率。结果:应用SWI对这60例脑血管疾病患者进行诊断,总诊断准确率为100.00%,应用MRI对这60例脑血管疾病患者进行诊断,脑血管畸形患者诊断正确21例,脑出血患者诊断正确18例,脑损伤患者诊断正确11例,总诊断准确率为83.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SWI诊断共检出病灶93个,显著高于MRI诊断所检出的72个。结论:对脑血管疾病患者应用SWI进行诊断相比MRI诊断具有更高的诊断准确率和病灶检出率,效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of SWI in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:60 patients with cerebrovascular diseases who had been diagnosed by pathology from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study objects.SWI and MRI were used to examine all patients,and the diagnosis results were recorded as the study group and the control group,respectively.The diagnosis accuracy and the detection rate of the two groups were observed.Results:SWI was used to diagnose the 60 patients with cerebrovascular disease,the total diagnostic accuracy was 100.00%.MRI was used to diagnose the 60 patients with cerebrovascular diseases,21 patients with cerebrovascular malformation were diagnosed correctly,18 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed correctly,11 patients with brain injury were diagnosed correctly,the total diagnostic accuracy rate was 83.33%.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).93 lesions were detected in SWI,which was significantly higher than 72 in MRI.Conclusion:SWI is more effective than MRI in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,and the effect is remarkable.
