摘要
目的:探究骨创伤治疗仪及CPM机在股骨骨折术后中的应用效果。方法:结合对比实验研究来进行探索,研究对象为本院80例股骨骨折患者,研究时间为2017年5月~2019年5月。使用抽签法进行分组处理,40例纳入观察组,术后采用骨创伤治疗仪及CPM机治疗;40例纳入对照组,术后仅使用CPM机治疗。观察对比两组患者在治疗前后的疼痛情况、膝关节活动度、不良反应等。结果:两组患者治疗前疼痛度明显,评分均在5分以上,患者自述疼痛度高,治疗完成后,患者均表示疼痛情况得到缓解,评分明显低于治疗前,两组治疗后的评分比较也具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗前两组的膝关节活动度均较差,数据比较的结果为P>0.05,治疗后得到改善,并且观察组膝关节活动度明显更高(P<0.05);观察组中1例肿胀,1例疼痛,发生率5.0%,对照组中5例肿胀,4例疼痛,发生率22.5%,两组比较后得到P<0.05,具有显著差异。结论:股骨骨折术后的治疗中,应用骨创伤治疗仪及CPM机,可明显降低患者的疼痛情况,帮助患者改善膝关节活动情况,并且控制了不良反应的出现,治疗安全性得到保障,临床应用安全性和可行性高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of bone trauma treatment instrument and CPM machine in femoral fracture operation.Methods:In combination with comparative experimental research,the study was conducted in 80 patients with femoral fractures in our hospital.The study started in May 2017 and ended in May 2019.Lots were used for group treatment.40 cases were included in the observation group,and were treated with bone trauma therapy instrument and CPM machine after operation;40 cases were included in the control group,and only treated with CPM machine after operation.Observe and compare the two groups of patients before and after the pain,knee joint mobility,adverse reactions and so on.Results:The pain before treatment was obvious in both groups,and the scores were above 5 points.The patients reported that the pain was high.After the treatment was completed,the patients indicated that the pain was relieved,and the score was significantly lower than before the treatment.There was also a significant difference(P<0.05);the knee joint mobility of the two groups before treatment was poor,and the data comparison result was P>0.05,which was improved after treatment,and the knee joint mobility of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);1 case of swelling and 1 case of pain in the observation group,the incidence rate was 5.0%,5 cases of swelling in the control group,4 cases of pain,the incidence rate was 22.5%,and P<0.05 was obtained after comparison between the two groups,which was significantly different.Conclusion:In the treatment of femoral fractures,the application of bone trauma treatment instrument and CPM machine can significantly reduce the pain of patients,help patients improve knee joint activity,and control the occurrence of adverse reactions,and ensure the safety of treatment.Application safety and feasibility are high.
