摘要
改革开放至今,"职业教育"在我国贫困治理中发挥着重要作用。回顾我国"职业教育扶贫模式"的演进历程,可以将其划分为理论提出阶段、贫困农村实践阶段、城乡并举扶贫阶段及精准扶贫阶段。在把握历程的基础上,依据从国情特色到社会定位,从外界要求到自身发展的研究逻辑,我国"职业教育扶贫模式"的实践经验是:遵循国家反贫困战略导向,瞄准"三农"情结;服务经济和产业发展,对接劳动力市场需求;探索多元主体参与,促进产教协同创新。依据历程和经验,从战略导向、功能定位、教育属性及建设路径4条逻辑主线,研判"职业教育扶贫模式"在2020年后相对贫困期的走向,即国际国内"双重"的战略导向逻辑、"相对贫困期"社会的功能定位逻辑、"高水平"人才培养的教育属性逻辑、"多元主体"共同融合的建设路径逻辑。
Since the reform and opening-up,vocational education plays an important role in poverty management in China.The study reviews the evolution of the“vocational education poverty alleviation model”and divides it into four phases:the theoretical stage,the poor rural practice stage,the urban and rural poverty alleviation stage and the precision poverty alleviation stage.Based on grasping the courses,the study summarizes the practical experience of“vocational education poverty alleviation model”from the characteristics of national conditions to the social orientation,and from the external requirements to its own development,the experience of the Poverty Alleviation Model of vocational education in China is:following the nation strategy of poverty alleviation and aiming at the rural,campesinos and agriculture,supporting the local economy,industry and labor market,exploring the manner of multi-participants,promoting the amalgamation and innovation of industry and education.According to the course and experience,from the strategic orientation,functional orientation,educational attributes and construction path,such as the four logical main lines,the study of“vocational education poverty alleviation model”after 2020 relative poverty period trend.The trends of“vocational education poverty alleviation model”will be followed the logical of the double strategy of national and international,the social orientation in relative poverty period,the educational characteristics of cultivate students in high-level,the manner of promoting mult-participants’amalgamation.
