微生物燃料电池处理餐厨垃圾性能研究

摘要 微生物燃料电池(MFC)可以将有机物中的化学能转化为电能,十分适合用于餐厨垃圾的处理。自从2006年起,MFC领域迅速发展,文章对国内外相关文献进行了梳理。国内外都对MFC处理餐厨废水进行了大量研究,MFC处理餐厨废水被证实是可行的,产电效率以及餐厨废水处理效率随着研究的深入不断提高,但距离完善和普及仍有一段路要走。对于餐厨垃圾固体残渣的处理,传统的焚烧、填埋方式因严重的二次污染等原因被逐渐淘汰,资源化处理正在成为主流,作为一项比较先进的技术,MFC对餐厨垃圾固体残渣的处理仍在探索阶段,国内的相关研究仍然比较少,仍待学术界对其进行更深层次的研究。 Microbial fuel cell(MFC)can convert the chemical energy of organic matter into electrical energy,which is very suitable for the treatment of kitchen waste.Since 2006,the field of MFC has developed rapidly.This paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad.A lot of research has been done on the treatment of kitchen wastewater by MFC at home and abroad.MFC treatment of kitchen wastewater has been proved to be feasible.The efficiency of electricity generation and kitchen wastewater treatment has been improved with the deepening of research,but there is still a way to go to improve and popularize.For the treatment of kitchen waste solid residue,the traditional incineration and landfill methods are gradually eliminated due to serious secondary pollution and other reasons,and resource-based treatment is becoming the mainstream.As a relatively advanced technology,MFC is still in the exploration stage in the treatment of kitchen waste solid residue,and the relevant research in China is still relatively small,which needs further research in the academic community.
