含炭黑Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料基质流变特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了改善含炭黑Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料基质浆料的流变特性,进而提高浇注料的作业性能,以高炉出铁沟用含炭黑Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料基质为研究对象,研究了表面活性剂种类(N1055、SDBS、Tween-80、OP-10),加水量(外加质量分数22%~26%)和炭黑加入量(质量分数分别为0、3%、6%、9%、12%、15%)对浇注料基质流变特性的影响。结果表明:1)对含炭黑的Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料的基质浆料而言,N1055、SDBS、Tween-80和OP-10四种表面活性剂中,效果较好的是N1055。2)随着加水量的增加,含炭黑Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料基质浆料的自流值逐渐增大,表观屈服应力和平均表观黏度逐渐减小。3)随着N990炭黑加入量的增大,含炭黑的Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料基质浆料的自流值呈减小趋势,表观屈服应力逐渐增大(尤其是在加入量达到9%(w)以上时屈服应力较大),平均表观黏度逐渐减小。 In order to improve the matrix rheological properties of carbon black containing Al 2O 3-SiC-C castables and thus enhance the construction performance of the castables,the matrix of carbon black containing Al 2O 3-SiC-C castables for blast furnace trough was taken as the research object.The effects of the surfactant types(N1055,SDBS,Tween-80,OP-10),the water addition(22%-26%,by mass,extra adding)and the carbon black content(0,3%,6%,9%,12%and 15%,by mass)on the rheological properties of the castable matrix were studied.The results show that:(1)for carbon black containing Al 2O 3-SiC-C castable matrix slurry,N1055 is the best surfactant and the appropriate addition is 0.03 mass%-0.09 mass%;(2)with the increase of the water addition,the flow value of the castable matrix slurry increases gradually,and the yield stress and the average apparent viscosity decrease gradually;(3)with the increase of the carbon black N990 addition,the flow value of the castable matrix slurry decreases,the apparent yield stress rises(when the carbon black N990 addition exceeds 9%,the yield stress is large)and the average apparent viscosity decreases gradually.
