摘要
本文针对农业农村局基础数据不健全且现势性比较差、信息化监管技术落后等特点,对2019年度沈阳市康平县“两区”划定成果的市级核查方法进行研究,结合沈阳市康平县基本情况,利用现有可靠数据进行分析,提出“利用自然资源相关成果辅助核查的概念”,并对应用方法进行进一步探索,通过实践印证了该方案的可行性和合理性。极大的提高了沈阳市“两区”划定基础数据的实用性,降低了各个部门数据严重重叠的风险,为沈阳市未来城市空间规划提供基础保障。
According to that fundamental data of agricultural and rural bureau is incomplete,relatively poor current and that technique of information monitoring is backward,this paper researches,the method of checking the results of“two-district”delimitation in 2019.We put forward“using natural resources results to assist verification”,and further explore the application method by using practice to prove its feasibility and rationality.
