摘要
本研究旨在为克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)微生态制剂研制和病害防治提供试验依据,利用基于Ion S5TM XL技术测序平台对克氏原螯虾肠道、养殖水体、池塘底泥及饲料进行基因序列测序,分析肠道与外界养殖环境之间的相关性。试验结果表明:克氏原螯虾肠道菌群多样性在较大程度上受到外界环境细菌的影响,特别是底泥中的细菌,这可能与克氏原螯虾有掘洞的生活习性有关。但同时,试验检测表明克氏原螯虾肠道中有31.42%的未分类优势细菌,在水体、底泥及饲料中所占比例都较小,这说明克氏原螯虾肠道菌群尽管受到养殖环境的影响,但同时也有一定的保守性,这可能是受肠道原著细菌影响。
The purpose of this study was to provide experiment basis for the microecologics development and disease control in Procambarus clarki culture.Ion S5TM XL technology sequencing platform was used to sequence the intestinal tract of Procambarus clarkia,aquaculture water,pond sediment and feed.The correlation between intestinal tract and the external breeding environment was analyzed.The result suggested that the microbial community structure of intestinal tract was influenced by external environment in a large extent,especially the bacteria in the sediment,it maybe related to the digging hole habit of Procambarus clarki.On the other hand,31.42%unclassified advantageous bacteria were detected in intestine,while it rarely appeared in water,sediment or feed,which suggested that though the microbial community structure of intestinal tract affected by external environment,it had a certain conservative.The original bacteria in intestinal tract maybe was the main reason caused the result.
