摘要
二噁英对人体不仅具有极强的致癌性,还具有极低剂量的环境内分泌干扰作用,而氮氧化物(NOx)则是目前大气污染的主要成因之一,同时这两类污染物都是垃圾焚烧等工业废气的重要组成部分。普通商业SCR催化剂虽然具有催化还原NOx和催化氧化二噁英(模拟物为氯苯(CB))的能力,但无法在同时高效催化脱除NOx和二噁英。研究了V2O5-CeO2/TiO2以及V2O5-CeO2/TiO2三种催化剂在200℃~400℃同时脱硝脱二噁英的能力,结果表明,在V2O5/TiO2催化剂中掺入CeO2可以促进催化剂表面化学吸附氧浓度的提高,从而提高催化剂在中低温同时脱硝脱二噁英的活性。V2O5-Ce O2/TiO2催化剂在300℃时NOx和CB的转化率均能达到80%以上,350℃时二者活性都能接近100%。
Dioxins not only have a strong carcinogenicity to the human body,but also have a very low dose of environmental endocrine disruption.Nitrogen oxides are one of the main causes of current air pollution.At the same time,these two types of pollutants are waste incineration important part of industrial waste gas.Although ordinary commercial SCR catalysts have the ability to catalytically reduce nitrogen oxides and oxidize dioxins(chlorobenzene as mimic),they cannot efficiently remove NOx and dioxins at the same time.The ability of three catalysts V2O5-CeO2/TiO2 and V2O5-CeO2/TiO2 to simultaneously denitrate and dioxin at 200℃~400℃was studied.The results show that CeO2 can be used to promote chemisorption on the catalyst surface.The increase of the oxygen concentration increases the activity of the catalyst for simultaneous denitration and dioxin removal at low and medium temperatures.When the V2O5-CeO2/TiO2 catalyst is used at 300℃,the conversion rates of nitrogen oxides and chlorobenzene can reach more than 80%,and at 350℃,their activities can approach 100%.
