摘要
人力资本在助力区域协同发展中日益发挥着不可替代的重要作用。推动京津冀协同发展,首要在于推动京津冀三地人力资本的协同均衡发展。论文分析了京津冀协同发展背景下河北省借力京津、补齐自身人力资本短板的重要性,并分别从招才引智政策、柔性引才以及健全服务体系等方面提出相关对策建议,具有一定的理论与实践价值。
Human capital plays an increasingly important role in helping regional coordinated development.In order to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the most important thing is to promote the coordinated and balanced development of human capital in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This paper analyzes the importance of Hebei Province to take advantages of Beijing-Tianjin to supplement its own short board of human capital under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of talents recruitment policy,flexible talents introduction and improving service system,which has certain theoretical and practical value.
