内生解淀粉芽孢杆菌262AG6抑菌物质的初步探究 被引量:5

摘要 以拮抗内生解淀粉芽孢杆菌262AG6为研究对象,对其稳定性进行测定,用乙酸乙酯和氯仿对其发酵液进行萃取,对所得次级代谢产物主要成分进行分析。结果表明,粗提液在高温、酸碱、紫外线下的稳定性良好。发酵液经氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取和GC-MS分析,发现两种有机萃取物中都含有烟酮、邻苯二甲酸单(2-乙基己基)酯和二十三烷等8种化合物。其中,乙酸乙酯萃取物中独有3,5-二甲氧基苯酚、香兰素和环(高氨酸脯氨酰基)等10种化合物;氯仿萃取物独有阿扎次黄嘌呤、四甲基环丁烷1,3-二酮和DL-3-(3,4-二羟苯基)丙氨酸等11种化合物。 In order to detect and analyze the components and the stability of the secondary metabolites of endophytic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 262AG6,which was respectively extracted with ethyl acetate and chloroform from the fermentation liquid.The results showed that the crude extract had good stability under high temperature,acid-base and ultraviolet ray.After chloroform and ethylacetate extraction and GC-MS analysis,8 kinds of common compounds such as megastigmatrienone,phthalicacidmono-(2-ethylhexyl)ester,triacontane among others were found by extracting two organic extracts.A total of ten compoundssuch as 3,5-dimethoxyphenol,vanillin,Cyclo(leucylprolyl)were found in the ethyl acetate,while eleven kinds of unique compounds such as azaxanthine,1,3-Cyclobutanedione,2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-,Tyrosine3-hydroxy-among others were also found in the extract of chloroform.The compounds above were reported as pharmaceutical intermediates and antimicrobial derivatives.The results provided a theoretical basis for discovering the biological function of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 262AG6.
