摘要
大学生党员作为大学生的优秀代表和骨干力量,不仅关系高校人才培养质量,也是党的执政基础和社会主义事业前途命运的重要保证,应在大学生入党前严格把好入党关。文章采取调查问卷的方式,调查了广州中医药大学1266名大学生的入党动机,研究发现大部分的“95后”大学生有比较强烈的入党意愿,同时入党动机呈现出多样化、复杂化倾向,故新形势下高校应高度重视青年大学生思想政治教育工作,通过加强入党前教育力度、搭建线上线下教育双平台、加强党建工作队伍建设、加强入党前把关等方式为党输送优秀的“95后”大学生党员。
As the excellent representative and backbone of college students,college student party members are not only related to the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,but also an important guarantee for the ruling foundation of the party and the future and destiny of the socialist cause.In this paper,a questionnaire is used to investigate the motivation of joining the Party for 1266 college students of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is found that most of the"post-1995"college students have a strong desire to join the Party,and at the same time,the motivation of joining the Party tends to be diversified and complicated.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach great importance to the ideological and political education of young college students under the new situation.By strengthening the pre-party education,building a dual platform of online and offline education,strengthening the construction of the party building work team,strengthening the gatekeeper before joining the party,etc.,to provide excellent"post-1995"college students as party members for the Party.
