茵栀黄颗粒辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨茵栀黄颗粒辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年10月本院儿科就诊的新生儿黄疸患儿88例,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组加用蓝光照射,观察组在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒冲服治疗,比较两组黄疸消退时间以及相关血清指标。结果观察组胎便排空时间、黄疸消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3d、7d血清总胆红素含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后AST、ALT含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒辅助治疗新生儿黄疸,能够加快黄疸消退速度,改善患儿临床症状。
