摘要
以江苏省13市为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist模型测算了2010—2017年农业用水效率和全要素生产率指数,分析其空间分布格局及时空演变趋势。结果表明,江苏省整体农业用水效率未达有效,各地区差异明显,农业用水效率从大到小依次为苏南、苏北、苏中;凭借技术进步效应,江苏省及各市、各时期农业用水效率均处于上升趋势,农业用水效率增长率从大到小依次为苏南、苏北、苏中;纯技术效率、规模效率处于衰退阶段,限制了全要素生产率的增长。未来应加强区域间合作,增加技术投入,重点提升技术效率,以达到提高江苏省农业用水效率的目的。
Taking the 13 cities in Jiangsu Province as the research object,the DEA-Malmquist model is used to calculate the agricultural water efficiency and total factor productivity index during the period from 2010 to 2017,and then the spatial distribution pattern and time-space evolution trend are analyzed.The results show that the overall agricultural water efficiency in Jiangsu Province is not effective,and the differences are obvious in different regions,indicating the descending pattern of south,north and middle regions of Jiangsu Province.The agricultural water efficiency increases in Jiangsu Province,including every cities and in each period,mainly relying on the technological progress effects,and in terms of growth rate,there is a descending order of south,north and middle regions of Jiangsu Province.The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are in recession,and they limit the growth of total factor productivity.In the future,inter-regional cooperation should be strengthened,technological investment should be increased,and the technical efficiency should be improved.
