摘要
房屋建筑是我国重要的建筑类型。在房屋建筑桩基施工中常常用到钻孔灌注桩基础施工技术。采用钻孔灌注桩施工技术,不仅能够为房屋建筑桩基础施工的顺利进行提供保障,同时,还能提升房屋建筑整体的稳定性与安全性。论文首先对房屋建筑钻孔灌注桩基础施工的技术要点进行分析,然后对钻孔灌注桩基础施工的常见问题进行探讨,最后提出了解决对策。
Building construction is an important construction type in China.In the construction of pile foundation of building construction,the construction technology of bored pile foundation is often used.The application of the construction technology of bored pile can not only guarantee the smooth construction of pile foundation of building construction,but also improve the overall stability and safety of building construction.Firstly,the paper analyzes the technical points of the construction of bored pile foundation of building construction,then discusses the common problems in the construction of bored pile foundation,and finally puts forward the solutions.
