摘要
目的探讨雌激素缺乏对颅内动脉瘤大鼠模型构建的影响。方法 40只雌性SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。两组大鼠均结扎左侧颈总动脉,并结扎双侧肾动脉后支。实验组同时切除双侧卵巢。术后恢复性饲养1周后,在饲料中加入8%氯化钠。术前及术后3个月测量两组大鼠血压,以及外周血雌二醇水平。术后3个月进行血管铸型后应用扫描电子显微镜观察IA形成情况。结果两组大鼠术后3个月时血压均高于术前(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术后3个月雌二醇水平低于自身术前及对照组;实验组颅内动脉瘤形成数量多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雌激素缺乏可促进颅内动脉瘤的形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen on the establishment of rat model of intracranial aneurysm.Methods 40 female SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The left common carotid artery was ligated and the posterior branches of bilateral renal arteries were ligated in both groups.The bilateral ovaries were excised simultaneously in experimental group rats.After one week of restorative feeding,8%sodium chloride was added to the feed.The blood pressure and the level of estradiol in peripheral blood were measured before and 3 months after operation.Three months after operation,the formation of intracranial aneurysm was observed by scanning electron microscope.Results The blood pressure of the two groups at 3 months after operation was higher than that before operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the level of estradiol in the experimental group was lower than before operation and the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The number of intracranial aneurysms in the experimental group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Estrogen deficiency can promote the formation of intracranial aneurysms.
