摘要
提出了一种适用于多相电源(特指相数大于3)的选相整流技术,通过对低成本晶闸管整流桥的选择性导通和关断,使多相电源整流输出的直流电压发生改变。以六相移30°电源为例,给出了由十二个晶闸管组成的六相整流桥拓扑结构,在六相移30°电源输出电压恒定不变时,通过对晶闸管进行选相整流,可以输出三种不同的直流电压等级,并通过仿真验证了选相整流技术能够实现多相电源整流后直流侧多电压等级的输出。为了使整流之后含有一定纹波的直流侧电压波形更加平稳,进一步分析了直流侧稳压电容的选取对输出电压纹波的影响,并通过仿真找到了理想的稳压电容值。
A phase-selective rectification technique suitable for multi-phase power supplies(specifically,the number of phases is greater than 3)was proposed.The DC voltage of the rectified output of the multi-phase power supply was changed by selectively turning on and off the low-cost thyristor rectifier bridge.Taking the six-phase shift 30°power supply as an example,a six-phase rectifier bridge topology consisting of twelve thyristors was given.When the voltage of the six-phase shift 30°power supply output was constant,three different DC voltage levels could be output by phase-selective rectification of the thyristor,and it was verified by simulation that the phase-selective rectification technology could realize the multi-voltage output of the DC side after multi-phase power rectification.In order to make the DC-side voltage waveform with a certain ripple after rectification more stable,the influence of the selection of the DC-side regulator capacitor on the output voltage ripple was further analyzed,and the ideal voltage-stabilizing capacitor value was found through simulation.
