摘要
随着经济以及生活质量的不断进步,血栓性心脑血管疾病的发生率日益增加,抗凝药、溶栓药以及抗血小板药物近三十年来发展迅速,其中氯吡格雷是一种安全且高效的抗血小板药物,在临床中得到了广泛的应用。现根据血栓形成机制以及血小板激活机制对三类抗血栓药物的作用机制及其研究进展,以及氯吡格雷的临床研究进展做一综述。
As the improvement of economy and quality of life,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing.Anticoagulant,thrombolytic and antiplatelet drugs have developed rapidly in the past three decades.Among them,clopidogrel is a safe and efficient antiplatelet drug,which have been widely used in clinic.Based on the mechanism of thrombosis and platelet activation mechanism,the three types of antithrombotic drugs and its research progress were reviewed,and the clinical research progress of clopidogrel was summarized.
