摘要 永磁同步电机中高速转子位置检测时,传统的滑模变结构观测法中的低通滤波器无法有效滤除掉电机中产生的大量谐波等干扰信号。为了提高转子位置检测精度,提出在低通滤波器之后引入卡尔曼滤波器来滤除系统中大量谐波,可以相应地减弱抖振。在MATLAB/Simulink平台进行建模仿真,仿真结果证明,该优化方法降低了传统滑模观测器转子角度检测滞后的情况并有效削弱抖振,转子角度误差变小,缩短扰动之后稳定跟踪转速所需时间,提升了电机性能。 In the detection of rotor position in high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,the low-pass filter in traditional sliding mode variable structure observation method can't filter out the large number of harmonic and other interference signals generated in the motor.In order to improve the accuracy of rotor position detection,a Kalman filter was introduced after the low-pass filter to filter out a large number of harmonics in the system,which can reduce chattering correspondingly.Simulation was carried out on MATLAB/Simulink platform.The simulation results showed that the optimization method reduced the lag of rotor angle detection by traditional sliding mode observer and effectively weakened chattering,reduced rotor angle error,shortened the time required for stable tracking speed after disturbance,and improved motor performance.
