摘要
目的探讨经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术后直肠大出血的原因及处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院行经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术后直肠大出血的2例患者的临床资料并结合文献进行复习。结果2例患者均因PSA升高怀疑前列腺癌行经直肠前列腺穿刺活检,各穿刺13针,穿刺术后均出现威胁生命的直肠大出血,予输血、抗休克处理同时行肛门镜下缝扎出血点,后未再便血。结论经直肠前列腺穿刺术后直肠大出血较少见,一旦出现,往往较为凶险。早期行肛门镜检并缝扎出血点是治疗经直肠前列腺穿刺术后直肠大出血安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the causes and management of rectal hemorrhage after transrectal prostate biopsy.Methods Clinical datas of 2 cases with rectal massive bleeding after transrectal prostate biopsy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two cases suspected prostate cancer due to elevated PSA underwent transrectal prostate puncture biopsy,with a total of 13 puncture needles.After puncture,the two cases presented life-threatening rectal bleeding.They received blood transfusion and anti-shock treatment,and bleeding points were sutured under anoscope at the same time.Then,no bleeding was observed.Conclusions Rectal massive bleeding after transrectal pr-ostate biopsy is rare,but it is often dangerous.Howerer,to perform early anoscope examination and suture the bleeding points is safe and effective.
