摘要
通过调查科普人才培养与培训情况,统计分析1950~2016年出版的科普专著,在界定科普人才、科普教材概念的基础上,分析了科普人才培养的现状与需求,统计了可作为科普教材的图书的出版情况,可以看出,科普教材出版散碎是科普人才培养薄弱、科普人员培训体系缺失的直接反映。建议加强科技传播与普及学科建设,使科普人员培训常规化,用科普教材规范科普人才培养与培训,构建科普专门人才培养体系和科普人员的培训体系,为科普的长远发展奠定人才基础。
Based on the investigation of science popularization practitioners training and cultivation,the statistical analysis of science popularization monographs published during 1950—2016,as well as the definition of science popularization practitioners and science popularization textbooks,this study analyzes current situation and demands of science popularization practitioners,and assesses the publications of science popularization textbooks.The main conclusion is that the fragmentizing of science popularization textbooks directly reflects the weakness of science popularization practitioners cultivation and the lack of training systems.Suggestions are proposed in the paper as the following:firstly,strengthen the construction of science communication and popularization disciplines;secondly,routinize the science popularization practitioners training and cultivation and normalize corresponding science popularization textbooks;finally,construct science popularization professional cultivation system and science popularization staff training system,so as to lay a solid foundation of manpower for the long-term development of science popularization.
