"导师制"模式在呼吸内科专科护士培训中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨"导师制"模式在呼吸内科专科护士培训中的应用效果.方法选取2017年5月~2018年10月入重庆医科大学附属第一医院呼吸与危重症医学科培训的呼吸内科专科护士120名,按学号单双号分为观察组和对照组.对照组(n=60)采用传统的教学方法,观察组(n=60)在传统带教的基础上,每位学员分别配备一名"临床带教导师"和"科研指导导师"对学员进行全程督导.比较两组学员满意度、出科考核指标得分.结果观察学员在满意度、专科技能考核成绩、教学查房考核成绩、小讲座考核成绩、综述答辩成绩和带教老师总测评成绩均高于对照组(<0.05);在理论考核成绩及基础技能考核成绩上,两组学员差异无统计学意义(>0.05).结论在常规教学模式上实施"全程导师制"教学方法效果理想,能够提高专科护士对知识的查新和综合应用能力,提高教学质量. Objective To explore the effect of"tutor system"model in the training of specialized murses in respiratory medicine.Methods 120 trainees who participated in the training of respiratory specialist murses in our depatment between May 2017 and October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by student D.The control group(n=60)adopts the traditional teaching method,and the observation group(n=60)is equipped with a"limical tutor"and"research tutor"to supervise the whole process of the students on the basis of the taditional teaching.The score of satisfaction and after department examination were compared between the two goups.Results The score of satisfaction,professional skills,teaching rounds,lectures,oral defense and total evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there were no statistical difference in the score of fmal theoretical exam and basic skills test.Conclusion The teaching method of"tutor system"can improve the ability of novelty search and comprehensive application of knowledge of specialized muses,and can improve the teaching quality.
