摘要
目的探讨人血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)活性与冠脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月在我院住院,疑诊为冠心病的80例患者行冠状动脉造影。按造影结果分为对照组和观察组,对比两组Lp-PLA2水平的差异;再将观察组中按冠脉病变支数、Gensini积分再将患者分成不同的亚组,比较各亚组间Lp-PLA2水平的差异。结果观察组血浆Lp-PLA2浓度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2活性随着冠状动脉病变支数和Gensini积分的增加而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Lp-PLA2活性能反映冠脉病变的严重性,与冠脉病变严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)activity and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods 80 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for coronary angiography.They were divided into control group and observation group according to angiography results.The difference in Lp-PLA2 levels was compared between the two groups;the patients in the observation group were divided into different subgroups according to the number of coronary artery lesions and Gensini score,and the differences in Lp-PLA2 levels were compared between the subgroups.Results The plasma Lp-PLA2 concentration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2 activity was increased with the increase of the number of coronary artery lesions and Gensini score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lp-PLA2 activity can reflect the severity of coronary artery lesions and is related to the severity of coronary artery lesions.
